Welcome to FlyIELTS! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlyIELTS website (https://flyielts.com) and the services, features, and content offered by us (the “Service”).

1. Description of Service
FlyIELTS provides an online platform dedicated to helping users prepare for the IELTS examination. Our services include a Learning Library with interactive exercises, paid one-on-one Speaking Mock Tests, and paid Writing Evaluation services.

2. User Accounts
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We offer both free (“Subscriber”) and paid (“Premium”) accounts, which provide different levels of access to our content and services.
You may also register and log in to the Service using third-party accounts, such as Google or Facebook. By doing so, you authorize us to access, use, and store the information that the third-party service provides to us for the purpose of creating and managing your account, as further described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of any such third-party service.

3. Paid Services and Payments
FlyIELTS offers premium services, including account upgrades, Writing Evaluations, and Speaking Mock Tests. Payments for these services are required in advance and are processed manually as described on the relevant service pages. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

Share your account credentials with others.

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Service or its content without our express written permission.

Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or interferes with any other user’s ability to use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all of its original content, including exercises, articles, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of FlyIELTS and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. FlyIELTS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlyIELTS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
